To register for the conference please complete and return the Conference Registration Form.  Once your registration has been processed, a Conference Confirmation receipt will be issued and emailed to you,confirming your registration and payment. Registration forms will be accepted online, by email, fax or post and are valid upon confirmation of registration fees received by the conference secretariat. Payment must be in € (Euro) Please ensure that payment is net of all charges.  Any bank charges deducted from your payment will be re-invoiced out. CANCELLATION POLICY An administration fee of 30% will apply to registration cancellations received on/before 29 April 2011.  No refunds can be made for any registration cancellations received after 29 April 2011. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague and an administration fee of €25 will apply.  All refunds due will be processed after the conference. Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat by the dates specified.  Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.  Please see Insurance Section under General Information for further details.
