Registration

 

 Early Registration Fee  payment received by 28 April 2008  €375.00
 Registration Fee  payment received after 28 April 2008  €425.00
 Thursday only Registration Fee    €175.00

 

To register for the conference please complete and return the Conference Registration Form.  Once your registration has been processed, a Conference Confirmation receipt will be issued and posted to you,confirming your registration and payment.

 

Delegate Registration Fee includes:

  • access to all conference sessions
  • Book of Abstracts
  • morning and afternoon refreshments during official breaks
  • light lunch on 4 and 5 June 2008

PAYMENT

  • Completed Registration/Accommodation Forms should be returned to the conference secretariat before 28 April 2008, accompanied with full payment, to avail of the early registration fee.
  • Registration forms will be accepted online, by email, fax or post and are valid upon confirmation of registration fees received by the conference secretariat.
  • Payment must be in € (Euro)
  • Please ensure that payment is net of all charges.  Any bank charges deducted from your payment will be re-invoiced out.

Methods of Payment

  • Cheque or Bank Draft in Euro only and drawn on a prime Irish bank payable to 'NMF Conference' and sent by mail together with a copy of your registration form.
  • Bank Transfer payable to 'NMF Conference', Account No: 09 10 60 65, Sort Code: 93-10-12. IBAN: IE72 AIBK 9310 1209 1060 65.  Allied Irish Bank, 1 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland (Ref: your full name).  All payments must be net of all charges to us.
  • Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard only).  All credit card payments are processed offline, so please allow 21 days for receipt of your registration confirmation and credit card receipt, which will be mailed out to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • An administration fee of 30% will apply to registration cancellations received on/before 28 April 2008.  No refunds can be made for any registration cancellations received after 28 April 2008.
  • Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague and an administration fee of €25 will apply. 
  • All refunds due will be processed after the conference.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat by the dates specified.  Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.
