ACCOMMODATION The Dublin Secretariat has reserved accommodation in two hotels in Dublin and special rates are available for accommodation booked through the conference secretariat.
Please complete the accommodation section on the registration form and return to the conference secretariat with full payment, no later than 28 April. Availability is on a 'first come, first served' basis and the special conference rate cannot be guaranteed after the 28 April.
The rates indicated below are per room per night, inclusive of full breakfast, service charges and taxes. Rates are correct at time of going to print but are subject to changes in Government taxes.
Single Room (1 single bed). Double Room (1 double bed). Twin Room (2 single beds).
Methods of Payment
- Cheque or Bank Draft in Euro only and drawn on a prime Irish bank payable to 'NMF Conference' and sent by mail together with a copy of your registration form.
- Bank Transfer payable to 'NMF Conference', Account No: 09 10 60 65, Sort Code: 93-10-12. IBAN: IE72 AIBK 9310 1209 1060 65. Allied Irish Bank, 1 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland (Ref: your full name). All payments must be net of all charges to us.
- Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard only). All credit card payments are processed offline, so please allow 21 days for receipt of your registration confirmation and credit card receipt, which will be mailed out to you.
An administrative charge of €25.00 will apply to amendments requested to confirmed accommodation, noting the cancellation charges below which will also apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All refunds due will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat by the dates specified.

All cancellation and administration charges will automatically be debited to credit cards.
