Accommodation has been reserved for conference delegates on campus at the University of Limerick and in the Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel. Delegates can avail of special rates for accommodation reserved through Conference Organisers. Campus AccommodationLimerick University campus, set in 300 acres of beautiful riverside parkland, provides a relaxed, scenic and self-contained environment for delegates during their stay. With five outstanding residential villages, Dromroe, Thomond, Cappavilla,  Kilmurry and Plassey located on the campus, Limerick Conference and Sports Park is the ideal venue for groups of all sizes.All rooms have small double beds and are en-suite with a shower room. The cost for single occupancy is €58 B&B per night. However if there are 2 people staying, UL recommend taking 2 rooms (one for sleeping, one for luggage) and the cost for this is €90 B&B. The rooms are located in apartments with 6 bedrooms and shared living facilities. Breakfast is a Continental Breakfast and is delivered to each apartment. Each apartment holds a maximum of 6 people. Reception is open from 8am - 8pm.  After that time there is an 'on-call' number displayed on the door.  However, if you let us know the expected arrival time we will request that a member of the accommodation staff meet you.
